Welcome! I have been raising CMDR Colorado Mountain Dogs i with my livestock for 15 years. We focus on breed improvement and on raising dogs to the CMDR Colorado Mountain Dog Standard. The Colorado Mountain Dog started here, at Crack O’ Noon, with a once in a lifetime dog, Caspian. We don’t raise a lot of pups, but the ones we raise are the highest quality. My goal is line breeding the Caspian traits, while consistently adding the best outcrosses genetics to keep the coefficients low. The CMD is a stunning dog with a stable affectionate temperament, who can work on a small farm integrated with animals, family, and farm guests. All my dogs live with livestock 24/7, but will welcome my friends into the pens with me. All my pups are acquainted with livestock before going to their new farms and families.
